Why We Started The Optimizr To Help Businesses Like Yours.

Don’t trust an agency that doesn’t try to understand your business model , industry, challenges, or goals.

Before we started The Optimizr , we owned a diverse range of businesses including restaurants, hotels, commercial properties, mobile apps, and retail concepts.

Like most business owners, we’ve worked with creative agencies big and small, but over the years we grew increasingly dissatisfied with the prices we were paying vs the results we were getting out of the services.

During their pitch meetings to use, we would frequently hear jargons being dropped- UI, UX, pain points, low hanging fruit, touch-points or human-centred design. They sound impressive, but as business people we were naturally concerned about the tangible benefits that these web design or marketing strategies would have for our revenue and bottomline

How will traffic be driven to us? How do we measure if the traffic actually lead to an in increase in sales? And how do we measure the Return On Investment of what we were spending? 

We often got blank stares back from the Project Manager or Sales Manager of the agency whenever we posed such questions. Or they would offer up more jargons about about “MVP” or “Iteration” without answering our questions.

They were more concerned about selling their services to us than offering a well-considered, measurable plan on how they will bring value to our business.

It’s like going to a shop to get a fire extinguisher, and they ask if you want the regular red one, or the upgraded premium one with a holographic sheen without explaining if there’s any difference in functionality between the two.

As business owners, we can empathize with these agencies. They have office rentals and employee salaries to pay afterall so some level of upselling is to be expected. But we were tired of spending thousands on marketing campaigns without seeing much return in sales and building websites that were priced at $3000 and above (for even a simple, 5-page site). 

So we decided to take on all those tasks ourselves as we knew what our priorities were: reaching potential clients, generating leads, and increasing our revenue while being able to track every marketing dollar we spend. If we get to understand more about our customers and how to better serve (and retain) them, great. 

That was a decade ago, and we decided to create The Optimizr as a platform for business owners like you who need cost-effective web design and digital marketing solutions that are business-centric . 

We run a team of dedicated professionals who work remotely with us from all around the world- Singapore, the UK, Australia, Phillippines, and different parts of the US. Without having the bear the costs that come with having a physical office, you get to enjoy competitive prices while getting quality work from us.
